I first heard about pobox.ph through a friend of mine. Immediately I did my research, trying to find any bad reviews on them, to cut it short, I couldn’t.
The instructions on their webpage is pretty straight forward. It makes shopping online, particularly from sites like Amazon, wherein not all sellers or products can be shipped to the Philippines, easy. Of course, they don’t ship sensitive items like combat knives; gun parts; etc. The Date Received; Date Packed and Package Tracking via http://www.forexworld.us is also a nice touch, saves them from dealing with “is my package here yet” customers like me.
What I’m really impressed with is Celine Molina, I don’t know whether she’s the owner / part owner or an employee, or if she’s even human or a bot (I don’t have proof), because she’ll answer all your inquiries. The customer service of pobox.ph is impeccable. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family. 11 out of 10 stars ( is there such a rating? )
By the way, if you think I’m easy to please, I run a trading/importing company that employs over 300++ employees, supplying to 160+ stores nationwide, so I know the difference between good service from a bad one.

Finally, a solution to my online shopping woes—- Pobox.ph. I’ve had 5 boxes of different sizes shipped to my doorstep, all of them arrived on time as promised (always at the earliest possible time, the 3rd week), and also in good condition. So far I’ve ordered mainly from Amazon.com, Ebay.com & FredFlare.com. I had Pobox.ph shop for me at CircuitCity.com (when it was still open) since that site did not accept my International/Philippine-address credit card. The quality of the items I’ve bought online are not compromised because the boxes are well packed and cushioned inside. Customer service is excellent—- prompt updates are emailed, questions are always answered whether you ask via text/call/email. Everything is very “convenient”; you can pay via bank deposit in dollars or pesos at the prevailing market rate, rates for the boxes are quite reasonable (I recommend that you fill up a box, definitely Sulit that way), box tracking is available at the Forex site, but the best part is that it is delivered straight to your home, no need for pickup and you don’t have to pay for additional charges. There are a lot of items that you could buy in the US that are either not available here in the Philippines or are just more expensive here. When items go on sale in Amazon.com for instance, the prices are really slashed, yet the item is still brand new (e.g. 2 pairs of shoes I bought = P 2,015.40 @Amazon vs. 1 pair here in the Philippines = approximately P 3,500-5,000.00). With that said, I highly recommend, in fact 100% recommend Pobox.ph to shoppers living in the Philippines.

There have also been times when my shipment didn’t arrive on time. With Pobox.ph, my shipping cost is cut in half and is delivered in less than a month!
